Quality Control Officer,Osu
The Safe Care Accreditation program forms a major part of my day to day activities. It gives me an opportunity to ensure that all patients, clients and staff members are abiding by the policies set as a Clinic.
Working on the Safe Care Accreditation enables staff members from varying departments to work together to ensure that our patients are receiving the best quality care and service from the moment they arrive at Rabito Clinic.
Patient trust and confidence in our services is key. It is therefore essential that we continue to improve on making our health care delivery more organized, efficient, and hygienic for our patients.
Chief Financial Officer,East Legon
As someone working in the Accounts and Finance Department, my day to day work has to also meet the Safe Care standard requirements. From invoicing to cashiering, all reporting has to be done properly for quality purposes.
Being a part of the Quality Team for Safe Care has increased the efficiency and quality of my work. Not only has it allowed for opportunities to work across different departments, it has also conscientised me more about my personal hygiene and the quality of care provided at the Clinic.
As we improve on our Safe Care standards, the quality of health care service we offer to our patients will also improve.

Being a part of the team has given me more diversity in my work and the opportunity to grow as a professional in the health industry
