HOW TO REQUEST DELETION OF YOUR DATA

At Rabito Clinic, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to request deletion of your data, please follow the instructions below.

WHAT CAN BE DELETED:
- Personal contact information
- Account information
- Marketing preferences
- Website usage data

WHAT CANNOT BE DELETED:
- Medical records (required by law to be retained for a minimum period)
- Billing and payment records (required for legal and tax purposes)
- Information required for ongoing treatment

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST:

Option 1: Email
Send an email to info@rabitoclinic.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Phone number associated with your account
- Description of data you want deleted

Option 2: In Person
Visit any Rabito Clinic branch and speak with our front desk staff.

Option 3: Phone
Call us at +233 (0) 552 200 777

PROCESSING TIME:
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your request has been completed.
