By accessing or using the services of Rabito Clinic Limited ("Rabito Clinic," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website (www.rabitoclinic.com), physical clinic locations, and MyCareMobile telemedicine platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. SERVICES

Rabito Clinic provides:
- Dermatology consultations and treatments
- General medical consultations
- Obstetrics and gynecology services
- Laboratory and diagnostic services
- Pharmacy services
- Telemedicine consultations via MyCareMobile
- Corporate and individual wellness packages

3. ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. For minors (under 18 years), a parent or legal guardian must consent to treatment and accept these terms on their behalf.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS

- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
- Walk-in patients are welcome at all branches
- We recommend booking in advance for specialised services
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment

5. TELEMEDICINE SERVICES (MYCAREMOBILE)

By using MyCareMobile, you acknowledge that:
- Telemedicine is not suitable for all medical conditions
- Emergency situations require in-person care (call emergency services)
- A stable internet connection is required for video consultations
- You are responsible for providing accurate health information
- E-prescriptions will be sent to your preferred pharmacy

6. PAYMENTS AND FEES

- Payment is required at the time of service unless covered by insurance
- We accept cash, mobile money, and card payments
- Insurance claims are processed according to your policy terms
- Prices for services are available upon request

7. HEALTH INSURANCE

- We partner with multiple health insurance providers
- Verify your coverage before your appointment
- Co-payments and deductibles are the patient's responsibility
- Services not covered by insurance must be paid out-of-pocket

8. MEDICAL RECORDS

- Your medical records are confidential
- Records are maintained according to Ghana Health Service guidelines
- You may request copies of your records
- Records may be shared with other healthcare providers with your consent

9. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
