Our dedicated nurses will manage and administer medications, ensuring adherence to prescribed regimens. Vital signs monitoring, such as blood pressure, pulse rate, and blood glucose levels, will be performed to track health status. Wound care and dressing changes will be provided, especially for patients with chronic ulcers or other skin-related issues. Catheter care assistance and diabetic foot care will also be included.
